You can call us Monday to Thursday (9:00am - 3:30pm) and Friday (9:00am - 1:00pm) on 01789 267 520 (except public holidays) and ask for Support Services or email us.
We regret we are unable to respond to individual requests for support from those living overseas.
Our Outreach Workers offer personalised support by phone and email or may be able to visit you at home.

Our Multisensory Toy Packs are available free of charge for babies in the UK diagnosed with SMA Type 1 or SMARD.
People often ask us "What do other people do?". We can email your question to the many people who are signed up to our Sharing Experiences Network.
If you're 18 or over, you may wish to have direct, confidential phone or email contact with one of our Peer Support Volunteers (PSVs).
